razor burn on my vagina for 2+ weeks!! help

I'm like 99% sure that this is just razor burn but I've never experienced this before. I felt as I shaved this one patch of skin how bad the razor burn was so I stopped. And yeah it was bad. But it's been about 2 weeks or more now and it still hasn't gone away. I figured it's probably hard to heal being in such a place, almost in the crease of the thigh. It hasn't spread or anything. But it's just a quarter sized red patch of tough skin, sometimes itchy. What do I do
