I hear "don't douche your vagina" and I don't even know if im saying it right/spelling it right, but what is it?  Clearly it's not good for down there..

It's a thing that has liquid in it, it's a little bottle with a long top thing that you insert in your vagina then squeeze the liquid it. It's hard to describe it. But yeah it's definitely bad for your body.

It's used to "clean" your vagina by flushing water or some other liquid inside it. But it's not good to do because it also washes away the bacteria - but your vagina needs to have a balance of good and bad bacteria. If you wash them away, you mess with that balance and can get infections.
