Weird period

So I'm on my period and almost a month ago I had unprotected sex twice and he finished inside me and this period is really weird not like a normal one the blood is really dark brown and its day two it hasn't been red at all and im worried I've been on the pill for almost two years please help any advice would be so great I really am scared
