PCOS and the use of Metformin/Clomid...
Hi ladies... looking for insight/advise...
I've been diagnosed with PCOS awhile back and we have been kind of conservative with trying to conceive the last couple of years; meaning no medication assistance etc, mostly due to it being so costly and not being comfortable with previous providers.
I started going to a new OBGYN that I really like and she suggested starting Metformin and then adding Clomid. My husband and I are so ready to be parents and although I am not a fan of taking meds at all really, we are onboard with this plan and crossing our fingers. I have only been taking the Metformin a couple days and luckily have had no side effects/GI upset. Later I will take Clomid during my cycle and see if this does the trick.
I am looking to see if any of you have any experience with this and/or any advice/information.. thanks in advance and blessings and baby dust to you all!
