vagina, nostrils, & eyelash hairs falling out?

I'm not a chemo patient! The reason I say that is because when I search this topic I just get things about people who are going through chemo because of cancer. I got off birth control March 9th (nexplanon). I'm not sure if that's why I'm losing so much hair. Every time I wipe myself I see strands of hair on the tissue, a dead eyelash gets stuck daily, when I blow my nose or clean in there there's hair as well. I have noticed some hair loss on my head but not an significant amount because it's still pretty long & actually keeps growing. I'm just confused? I hope I don't sound like a troll because I am serious
