Hgc levels?

Today I had z blood test done on my hcg levels I am nine weeks and two days the doctor said my level was 150,000 I have heard that it is high for how far along I am? This is my third pregnancy and I have normally already been to my ob doctor and I haven't yet because my car recently broke on me. Question is that high and what could it mean? Multiples ? Further along? Or bad or good?

That's not to high, if you look up beta chart in pregnancy it tells you levels for the weeks that you are

Thank you I'm very excited this pregnancy has been a little different then my last two I'm very nauseous all the time and extremely tired. Just tad nerves because I haven't got to see or here a heart beat yet and it just has my brain everywhere lol but I did check into some charts. I had visit the er in my area because of some lower pain on the left side of my abdominal and I had just been in bed sick for three days with flu like symptoms so when the doctor came back in with my blood test results he gave me a look and just made it out to be that I shouldn't worry because my levels were 150,000 so he made me question about whether that was like high for nine weeks. Thank you ladies for the replies this was my actual first post iv made sense iv had the app I love and enjoy it so much its a very helpful app I actually used the one that helps u get pregnant to be pregnant lol .
