I lied to my husband about orgasming before we got married

Most of us have done it, the "yeah I came" answer when your SO gives you that puppy dog look. But what happens once you get stuck in that trap? My husband and I have been together for 3 years, married for almost 1 and he has never actually given me an orgasm. I can give myself one in about 10 seconds, but even after showing him how I do it, he can't. He still thinks I orgasm when we have sex and I can't bring myself to hurt his feelings. The sex is still great, and if I really want to orgasm I can et myself there, but it's really starting to matter to me that he be able to do that for me. Any suggestions?
