prenatals getting you sick ????

Dose anybody else get sick after taking prenatals vitamis 😖🤢???? If yes do you know why it happens 😭😷

I was like that too. I switched to a gummy without iron and have had minimal problem since.

But I agree with everyone else - it's better for you to be eating and just getting natural vitamins that way. My aunt didn't take them at all because they made her so sick - she just made sure to eat a lot of Raisin Bran!

Yes! I had to stop taking them... worst taste in the world when they come up. I have felt so abusive not taking them!! But my body rejects them

Basically the doctor gave me th we vitamin and said if I already feel sick. It to have any, and one day I was feeling a bit sick and didn't think of it I just take the vitamin and ended up throwing

I can't take any kind of vitamin with my 2nd pregnancy and couldn't take them with my first either. Both times Dr said it's better to be healthy and eating then sick all the time throwing up. I couldn't get out of bed let alone eat or drink. I think it's the iron. Try taking folic acid supplement only. They don't seem to bother me. Also make sure you're eating berg healthy foods to get all your nutrients for a healthy pregnancy and baby.

I always get sick with vitamins in pill form, but I found soft gel vitamins called Nature Made at Walmart and they don't make me sick. I also take them at night before bed.

Thank you ladies for the advice I swear I been losing way to much weight in this pregnancy and just yesterday I bought different prenatals that are gummy and yeah maid me feel sick right away
