It can be done!!!

In this first picture, I probably weighed close to 180lbs. My self esteem was at an all time low, and I felt like I had completely lost control of myself. I couldn't bare to see pictures of myself or even look at my body in the mirror. I often times tried to cover up with long-sleeves, even in the summer. 
Then one day I decided to change that once and for all. I signed up for a gym membership and started trying to eat a little less, and a little healthier. My transformation was slow. I had my ups and downs, and days where I wanted to get up. But I am stubborn and strong, and nothing would stop me. 
I worked my butt off to get to where I am today three years later. I've lost nearly 40 lbs and feel healthier and stronger then ever. If I can do it, anyone can.💗👊🏻💪🏻
