has your baby measured bigger in 1st trimester?

I just had my first ultrasound at 11+6. baby looked great with a strong heartbeat but was measuring at 13+1. we were blown away. I used the symptothermo method so I know with high accuracy the date I ovulated and my husband travels a lot for work and was only around for a few days prior to ovulation so there's not a lot of wiggle room on the conception date.

anyway, has anyone else's baby measured over a week ahead in the first trimester? I've read over and over again that all babies are the same size at this stage so Im just curious about other women's experiences.

My son measured a week big at the 12 weeks and 20 weeks. They didn't change my due date and he was 8 days late!  Nothing to worry about.

i think there is nothing to worry about not unless they cant find heart beat or there is no fetal movement or the size is 2weeks behind., whats important is that your baby is there healthy.. stop thinking of that because you only stress yourself..as long your baby is developing growing thats the most important.. goodluck to you congratulations

I had my Nuchal translucency Ultrasound on 25th of May. I was 11 weeks and 5 days using my LMP. The baby was measuring 13 weeks and 1 day. It is an IVF baby transferred on day 5 this may explain why ours is ahead. Best wishes.
