period problems

Hi guys was wondering sometimes when I'm on my period or not on it my stomach makes noises like gurgling noises and it's not because I'm hungry and I am wondering why it's making thoses noises any advice on why it does that and how to stop it?

Also sometimes it smells weird down there so was wondering why?

And also I get really bad pains and cramps on the first 2 days and little bits of pain after the first 2 days and I take pain tablets every 4 hours cause my doctor has told me but is there any other ways to not make it so bad and ways to relax the pain
