Help Please

So i had a miscarriage at 17 weeks back in December i hardly told people i was pregnant i was going to announce it when i knew the gender .. anyway here i am pregnant again 6weeks im not sure if i wanna tell anyone or should i... what do u guys think only my husband knows he wants to tell his family already if he tells them i would have to tell my family to cus it goes around i kinda wana wait don't want to have another miscarriage
