Raspberry leaf tea?

Any of you guys going to drink raspberry leaf tea/take capsules? If so at how many weeks will you start

I drank ten cups a day from 38 weeks until the day I was induced.

Since it's supposed to make your uterus contract more efficiently I'll say it worked. I was able to have a low dose of pit and my body took over. Or my body took over because it was ready and I didn't wait long to go in when my water broke. Maybe if I waited for labor to start it would have and I wouldn't have needed an induction. Who knows.

I've been drinking 2 cups a day since 24 weeks and have been trying to get more a day after 30 weeks. While I actually think the tea tasty, I find it's so hard to drink more than 2 cups a day - it literally feels like a choir! I have started drinking it iced which helps bc I put 2 tea bags at a time so now it's easier to have 4 a day. Who knows if it will help, but I figure it can't hurt.

I drank it religiously and I was still given pitocen even tho I went into labor by myself (technically cervix check did it) but i also think the doctor was just trying to rush everything. I did have pretty consistent contractions tho😩

But I started getting contractions at 5:20am....by like 5pm they were 3 mins apart....got to the hospital maybe like 6:30pm or something like that....and I was only 1cm and 90% effaced....was given pitocen and had my baby at 3:10am....afterwards my uterus wasn't contracting so they had to give me more pitocen and some shot in my thigh

So i honestly have no idea if the tea helped or not

I drank the tea on and off (not a huge tea fan) starting at 34 weeks. Baby isn't due until later this week so I can't say whether or not it makes L&D easier.
