Peeing blood???

Ive been a little itchy down there but nothing abnormal (i think it was from shaving) for a few days, and me and my boyfriend had a LOT of sex thursday, and when i peed it burned. Ive had uti's in the past so i just took cranberry pills and drank a bunch of water, and i felt better. I was still sore down there yesterday and we decided to do it again, peeing hurt and still felt like a uti (antibiotics make me sick from them and since ive had them before doctor said to drink lots of water & cranberry supplements to help it go away on its own since im prone to them) and this morning i went to the bathroom and there was a little bit of blood in the pee and it was extremely painful.. is this a uti or something more serious? Past uti's ive never expierenced blood, it was just burning and lower stomach pain 😢😢😢 help please, im in a loooot of pain rn ):
