I am unsure if I'm ovulating.
I am struggling with not getting my flow every month. Am currently seeing a gyno in the meantime. Wondering if anyone else would be willing to share there temp charts? I keep seeing my temp should be higher for 3 days. I had 1 spike and that was it. Also that my temp should stay a bit higher after ovulation. I am not having this. Anyone else in the same boat?!
