Help anyone?

My left brest hurts so bad also is itchy swollen and hard any idea what it could be it feels like there's a rock in my boob I'm not pregnant but also didn't get a period this month but had blood work and was negative took test negative haven't had sex since March so... But my brest is hurting swollen and irritated here's a picture so you can see. I have an appointment on Friday.
