Returns at Walmart

Does anyone know if brand new, unused baby clothing WITHOUT tags can be returned at Walmart?  I'm sure that's where they came from because of the brand (Garanimals).  I received a ton of clothing at my shower, but the size and seasons won't match up (Ex. I won't need newborn winter clothes for my baby that's due in July).  I'm grateful for the gifts but would like to return or exchange for something more useful.  Thanks!
