Can you be tested for vaginal infection without a doctor using a speculum on you?

The vagina is a muscle. It stretches when it needs to and goes back to normal size after time no matter what goes in it. If a baby goes through it it may take longer for it to go back to its original size but a speculum will literally do nothing. Speculums I'm pretty sure are smaller than penises and penises are nothing!
