This is so weird, but does anyone know what it would mean when I'm trying to poop and my abdomen contracts feeling like menstrual cramps? 🙈 I've been constipated off and on for a week now & first noticed these cramps while pooping after my one day period this past month. & they radiate into my belly button... I haven't tested for pregnancy in several days because they had all been negative, maybe I should test again.
