Peroid.... While on Holiday

I'm going to Thailand the day I'm due for my Peroid. I always wear pads (I can't use tampons) I always wear pants while in Australia but since I'm going to Thailand I'll have to wear shorts, swimmers etc. I was just wondering how use could hide the fact I'm on my peroid and that I can go swimming to the islands etc. and any tips on Thailand would be appreciated 😊
