does anybody else have endometriosis?

I just recently found out I have this and my period hurts me so so so much I also have a lot of pain when I try to have sex with my boyfriend. Does anybody relate or have tips on how I can help this? 😭😭

I've found that hot showers help me the most when I have my cramps. I wish I could give you some tips on sex, but unfortunately I'm still looking for a solution myself as its literally destroyed my drive for sex because it's so painful. 
Birth control is definitely helpful and I suggest going on that before trying to get on any kind of pain meds, (I'm on Tylenol 3s, ibuprofen. And will probably be going on something stronger by august)
