Lavender, Digize, Peppermint, Rosemary, and Marjoram is a great combination for my menatrual cramps. 
And when you want to sleep it off, put Gentle Baby and Lavender in a diffuser or rub the behind your ears, neck, and wrists. It might help you fall asleep quicker! 😊

LAVENDER! It helped me soooooo much! Mix that with a little bit of jojoba oil and rub it over your stomach. That and the lavender scent help me all the time.
