Hulu users?

Hulu users, if you have the app on a mobile device, are you having trouble watching videos?

Ours takes forever to load or we have to reload it constantly. We updated, then deleted and reinstalled, etc. Put in a request to customer service last week. Still haven't heard anything, and don't want to call and deal with anyone.

Maybe you need to update. I know they have a new version on other devices (like on my Xbox and it suuuuccckks)
