11-12 weeks pregnant

After sex with my SO , light bleeding occurred . & a day ago I was having cramping really bad for a little while. Should I be worried ?? Please advice someone help me . We're young and been together since I was 15 and he was 17 . I'm currently 18 now and he's 21 , we have a great relationship but it also comes with it's highs and lows . I've been stressed and crying a lot. I'm sensitive and trying to pull myself together now 😩😊😊
