exactly how big is a mucus plug?

Today I have passed bloody show mixed with mucus plug, 2 large chunks. No contractions today. How much mucus is up there????

My midwife told me it's a shot glass full. But doesn't necessarily all come at once

I seen that when it's is in the cervix it's about 4-5cm long but when it comes out it's about 2teaspoons. Now I feel like I've lost a LOT more than that.
