A few days ago I posted a topic here in CC about raffling a dog. It got removed by an administrator and I'm just trying to figure out why. Thanks.
Update: For those who said they thought it was solicitation it was not. If you would have looked at the comments or simply asked you would have known it was not. That's what's wrong with people these days they want to assume instead of asking a simple question or digging into the situation further.
