Hello ladies, my son got his 4 month old vacations on friday the 26. Im wondering if this is a heat rash or some type of rash caused by the vaccination. Im going to wait till tomorrow morning n see if it disappears. Usually he sweats a lot so maybe it can be just heat rash. I do monitor his temperature to see if he has fever but so far so good. Please let me know your opinions
