DREAM INTERPRETATION

so, within the past two months I have had two dreams that I was pregnant. In the first dream, I thought I was pregnant, and I had a belly that made me look like I was about 6 months. I was afraid that I had made the whole thing up in my head and that I wasn't actually pregnant. When I got to the obgyn, and they did the ultrasound I saw the precious baby's face and I could hear his heart beat. And I felt so much love. I can still feel the love. Then last night I had a dream that I was about six months pregnant, and I loved being pregnant. I loved being able to look down and see my baby bump, but I couldn't find my mom and I got so worried. She's a drug addict, and I love her to death but her dying is such a real possibility and I had thought that she had died somehow in my dream and I started freaking out because I was worried she wouldn't be in my babies life. At the end of the dream I finally found her and was so relieved. Any ideas of what all of this might mean?
