My fiance and I are getting married in August. We would love to get pregnant a few months after the wedding. I don't have periods on my own, so I have to take a 10 day pill every month to make myself have a period. It's not a form of birth contol. The OBGYN said I may need to take infertility pills, but she also said that it is possible to get pregnant without having a period. Does anybody have any suggestions as to what I could do to help increase our chances?!
