I am planning to divorce my husband but I am so torn because I don't want to share custody of our sons. It's bad enough that our marriage is over but the thought of sharing my sons with him is what hurts the most. We have a 3 yr old and I am due in August with our 2nd son. I don't know the laws in Texas and what rights we each have, if you have been through this please comment
