I can not stand how unprofessional my place of employment is. So this morning I come in after a girl who is notorious for leaving wet beds and wet residents and illegally passing her medication by "pre-pouring". I asked her multiple times to assist me with a resident who was combative. And she refused and continued doing what she was doing saying she would "get to it." I was overwhelmed by the amount of work she had already left me and stated, "If you are not willing to care for this resident, how do you think I am supposed to do it alone and pregnant. I have her in the bathroom and she is ready." I did this 4 times. Then she started to tweak out saying she is not going to get that resident up because she can say no. I agreed but stated the matters change slightly when the resident will always say no, will always be comabtive, and is soaking wet. She didn't like this. She started yelling at me IN FRONT of patients saying "I don't care that your pregnant, I'm not helping you with her, your like some kind of crazy pregnant lady!" Attempted to snach keys out of my pocket. I didn't know what she was reaching for so I backed up and told her she needed to calm down because we where in front of residents and stated I was going to speak with the supervisor. Which in turn she said "No, I'm going." And ran up the steps to leave me on floor so I could not leave. She told me boss I was rude, yelling, and forcing people do things they didn't want to do. -.- Which is not true. Now I'm going yo soend forever cleaning up her mess and I got wrote up.
