Feeling concerned 😐

I'm currently 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Last night I started experiencing extreme power back pain. I know she's dropping but today it seems as if she has barely moved at all. I checked her heart rate a s it's 154 bpm. Could I be going into labor soon or something else going on? I don't want to just go to the hospital and they send me home
