Any tips for swollen feet, legs in hot weather?

It's been warm the past week and my legs and feet have really swollen up and been painful. Any tips what I can do to help it? Only 16wks pregnant, not sure if it will get worse in hotter weather. I cannot wear jeans as they're too tight!

I'm 17w2d and have been fighting the same thing for over a week. I talked to my OB and he said the same thing to me- no biggie. I drink 4L of water and almost no sodium, no processed foods, etc. I swelled before pregnancy too and my mom did when she was pregnant with me (thanks genetics). I elevate my feet as much as possible, soak them in Epsom salts, ice them when puffy and get hubby to rub them to help dissipate the swelling. I have tried support stockings as well but they didn't really work for me.

I been going thru the same thing. I'm on no sodium and lots of water. I try to elevate my feet as much as possible. My OB has me doing a 24hr urine to make sure preeclampsia is not rearing it ugly head again this pregnancy

I always have swollen feet the entire pregnancy and it doesn't matter how much water, walking or good eating I do. The Doc never seem to care because all tests come back fine. Over the pregnancy I have learned to elevate my feet throughout the day and try hard to now stand on the from several hrs without putting them up.

Lots and lots of water. Wear supportive shoes. Put your feet up!
