breast feeding help

So I have an issue. I've been breast and formula feeding my 10 day old baby. I've also been pumping and feeding her breast milk too since Our house is always busy and my husband has said that it's inconvenient that I have to get up and leave every 2 1/2 hours. To pump or feed.  I also live with my in-laws (mother in law and brother in law) so it makes it awkward to leave and breast feed. Another issue is my 4 year old daughter has been extremely jealous and upset lately acting out like crazy etc. it's been tough. I'm at a breaking point that I may just formula feed and was wondering if anyone else had done that before and how did you adjust. (My 4 year old was exclusively formula fed).
