Ovulation troubles?

I have incredibly irregular periods and I struggle to understand when I ovulate. Apps sometimes state a certain week but I'm unsure. Anybody have any tips or ways they identify when they ovulate?

You OPK's and check your BBT every morning. A positive opk lets you know you'll ovulate 12 to 36 hours after the positive and your BBT rise will confirm that ovulation took place. If you have any other questions try Google it's very insightful. Baby dust
