Low progesterone??

Question

Hi everyone,
Doctor called with my hcg and progesterone, hcg was good (7602 at 5+4) but then she called me to tell me my progesterone was low, only 6.3 and should be 10+ at this point. She's having me come in for an us today, prescribing me progesterone pills as a precaution and taking bloodwork again on Saturday morning. Slightly worried but hoping one or two moms have had this experience with a good outcome? Any words of advice or similar stories?

Hi Kristen, I started a group for those dealing w low progesterone, I'll add you. There are many of us in the group and all are seemingly doing well with supplementation! I started taking suppositories around 5 weeks and now I'm almost 12 weeks. Hope this makes you feel a bit better. Try not to worry, I know so hard - but I felt much better once starting with the suppositories.
