I am wondering if prozac is really safe while pregnant, I'm very paranoid about it, should I stop taking it?

You should never abruptly stop ssri's which Prozac is. Talk to your ob if you want to stop taking it so you can safely titrate off of it.

I took Effexor throughout all of my pregnancies...just extra monitoring

I was on 10mg before pregnancy and was given the ok to stop by doctor but was on close watch because you could relapse or have seizures. But I was fine and didn't relapse or nothing. Some times I have anxiety, was told it's normal in pregnancy by doctors. But this pregnancy beside being sick, tired, worn down and having high blood pressure I have been happy. Hopefully I don't need it after baby... we'll see! Oh and I'm 32 weeks tomorrow.
