Anyone else dealing with thrush? Finally after 2 rounds of nystatin from the Dr. The health nurse and lactation consultant told me to try Dr jack Newman's protocol on thrush which includes a nipple ointment prescription, grapefruit seed extract, gentian violet and probiotics. We are going to be doing night four in the gentian violet. I think her tongue is looking better...although hard to tell since its so purple! Lol Anyone have good luck with this? How long was the inside of baby's lips and mouth stained?
