Is anyone pregnant belly bigger than normal?

This is my 2nd pregnancy & I'm currently 12 weeks today.

This was at 27 weeks!  I'm now 30 weeks.   First pregnancy

Mine is I am 5 weeks but I get bigger each time because of bloat and the summer heat is not helping. I am not huge by any means but I am normally super skinny and now I have this round little firm loath tummy. I could be farther along as my dr wasn't available when I called because he left for vacation so I won't get any of my appointments scheduled until tomorrow. But being rail thin to plump and bloaty is odd.

First pregnancy...18 weeks and no bump...I hope to have a little bumpie by 20 weeks lol
