My brother in law is a firefighter so he often gets to drive a truck and have family ride with him for parades. As usual he invited my daughter and I to ride with him today. It is my daughter's holiday with her dad, but he told my brother in law that she could go. When I showed up to pick her up he said "if I'd known you were coming to this wouldn't have happened" right in front of my four year old. My poor daughter was like "why can't mommy come" how freaking petty can you be? My brother in law only asked instead lf me because he found out he was gonna be able to drive a truck last minute and I was taking a nap because I have to work tonight. Did my ex really think I wouldn't be there, it is my sister and brother in law, who I share a duplex with (they live in one half, me in the other). Sorry I needed to rant a bit. It just pisses me off so much, it's seriously just a 30 minute parade. And he lives right by the fire house so no travel time to and from.
