How often do you feed you 6 month old baby food?

I've been giving my LO baby food once a day since she was four months, she is gaining weight and on track I'm just not sure how much baby food she should be eating at his point.

My baby is 6 months and we just started at 6 months. I'm only feeding her one meal every couple of days and she only gets a few small bites in anyway (BLW)... I want her to slowly adjust to food without hurting her tummy
