11 weeks

Hi girls. I'm 11 weeks 2 days with my rainbow baby. For the past two days I've had a pulling/tugging sensation in my lower abdomen, mostly on the left but sometimes on the right, about a 1/2-1incg above my bikini line but not below my belly button. I'm freaking out that something is wrong. Should I have this seen about, any experience, advice?
