Feeling Annoyed

My boyfriend & I have been on & off again, but together for almost 2 years. Here's the deal, we   have a long distance relationship & travel, video Skype, FaceTime, whatever to communicate. Here's the issue, lately I feel that he's becoming a bit possessive & jealous when I tell him I'm going out for drinks with coworkers or friends & say things like I hope you not cheating. Just lady night I was video chatting with him & my phone rang & he asked who was calling me & the number was unknown & I told him & he was like, don't lie to me, who was calling you? I'm suppose to relocate to Oregon to be with him next spring break & my career allows me to do it, but I'm getting cold feet about doing it when he's acting like this & i really love him so much, but needs him to trust me.
