Tongue tie wasn't fixed

My son had his frenulum snipped at 4 weeks old and it was a pretty upsetting experience for all of us. He's 11 months now and just started sticking his tongue out. It looks like the tongue tie was not fixed. I'll bring it up to his pediatrician at his appointment in a few weeks but until then can anyone tell me if this is what your babies tongue looks like after a frenotomy?
