Hot and cold flashes

Hi! So im only 6 weeks pregnant and i keep having these crazy hot and cold flashes. My face feels like when u are out swimming all day. I dont remember feeling this way with my first pregnancy. Has anyone else gone thro this? I also can not sleep at all! Does anyone have any good suggestions for helping relax at night?
