Hey guys! Does anyone happen to know if taking a laxative while breastfeeding is bad ? I really need some relief, I drink plenty of water & have tried taking some forms of fiber but no use. I purchased a generic form of laxative I think it's an equate brand and I was about to take it but I completely forgot whether it would br ok or not since I'm breastfeeding .
