5 weeks no cramps and bright red when I

I'm a little over 5 weeks and last week I had brown discharge and cramps not bad. This morning I had sex and the second time I used the bathroom I had bright pinkish red blood on the toilet paper! I'm freaking out have no insurance and haven't been to the doctor I'm waiting on pregnancy medicaid! Anyone else in the same boat
