Everyones saying Im pregnant with twins x

Im 9 weeks pregnant today and as you can see i have a rather large bump all ready. Ive had no morning sickness, my breast have all ready gone 2 sizes bigger and Im tired as hell. My mum is convinced im having twins, please let me know what you all think xxx
