I don't have the pregnancy feelings anymore..

Does anyone else have days where they just don't feel pregnant anymore?? All weekend long I didn't have any symptoms at all! I'm 5 weeks 1 day. I had two miscarriages last year so now I'm looking at every little thing thinking it might go bad! Anyone else?
