5weeks 5days pregnant. Is this normal??

So I have had cramping for about four weeks. I thought it was all period cramps. Turns out I'm pregnant. No bleeding at all just a lot of cramping. Because of that the doctor had me do an ultrasound. 5weeks 5days. Super early for much to show. But is 94 a normal heart rate for this stage???

The cramping is normal. I got an ultrasound at 6 weeks and 3 days. Got a call back from my doctor telling me the heart rate was slow (not sure of bpm though) and that he wanted to do a repeat ultrasound in two weeks. At the time of the call I was processing and didn't think of any questions to ask so I called the nurse the next day and asked how concerned I should be. She said at this stage its so small and such a little amount of tissue beating that it can be hard to pick it up accurately. Helped relieve some of my worries. Also googled info (stupid) and many women were told they would miscarry and went to get another ultrasound or second opinion and everything was perfectly fine.
